Celebrating Heritage Day at Laborie Estate

Celebrating Traditions, Culture and all things Heritage
Laborie is steeped in history. Having been established in 1692, it has become an historic landmark and Paarl icon. The estate has seen many pioneering leaders at the forefront, and this Heritage Day, we celebrate the rich cultural history and legacy that each of these Laborie legends have left behind.
Kick off Heritage Day the Laborie way, with a long weekend spent cultivating priceless family memories. As we begin to welcome the warmer weather, we invite you to join us on the breathtaking Avenue, for a one-of-a-kind family feast.
This event is packed full of special traditions, including a delicious braai lunch with Chicken and apricot skewers; Pepper crusted sirloin with peppercorn sauce; Boerewors; Baby potato and red onion salad; Tossed Greek salad; and home-made garlic focaccia. End with something sweet that is guaranteed to make the whole family smile, like our delicious lemon meringue pots with meringue shards, or hot chocolate fudge pudding with vanilla ice-cream.
For children under 12 years, they will be treated to boerewors rolls served with our famous homemade tomato sauce, home-cut fries, and vanilla ice-cream cone with sprinkles.
Be sure to bring your friends and loved ones, and join us on the 24th of September 2021, as we celebrate our culture and the foods indigenous to our South African heritage.
Seating is from 12h00 and the price is R295 per person, and R150 per child under 12 years. To make a reservation, please contact functions@laborieestate.co.za or call 021 807 3095.
